The Third Renaissance

Every civilization that survives long enough must awaken twice.

Gross Domestic Product (GDP) measures production — the velocity of consumption.

Gross Time Product (GTP) measures liberation — the velocity of awareness.

where TD represents Time Dividends created and TV represents Time Violence sustained.

A positive GTP means civilization is compounding consciousness faster than it consumes it.

A negative GTP means humanity is burning through its attention reserves — growing economically while shrinking existentially.

Every political revolution rewrites the contract between people and power.

The next revolution will rewrite the contract between people and time.

Its first article is Habeas Tempus — the right to own and direct one's conscious hours.

Its second article is Transparency of Time — every institution must disclose how much human time it consumes and how much it returns.

Its third article is Right to Simplification — every citizen has the right to tools that reduce cognitive friction.

These aren't luxuries; they're prerequisites for freedom.

Democracy without time is theater.

Consciousness without time is captivity.

Temporal Justice

Justice, in the conscious era, is measured by symmetry of time.

Injustices of race or class are amplified by asymmetries of attention.
